James L. Abbott, Jr.

Texas Social Security Disability lawyer, James L. Abbott, Jr. has been helping people get the Social Security benefits they deserve since 1996, while he was still in law school. As a Texas disability attorney, he has worked on all levels of Social Security appeals.
Beyond his work with helping clients secure payment for Social Security Disability claims, he has also practiced law in the areas of criminal, family, civil and personal injury. He has helped people handle DWIs, drug charges and other criminal cases. James Abbott feels that sometimes good people find themselves on the wrong side of the law, and when they do, he is there to help them. Sometimes people are injured by the negligence of others, and he has reached out to help those people collect the money they deserve from insurance companies.

Brenda Abbott

Brenda manages the Abbott Law Office and is responsible for Social Security Disability appeals. She has worked over ten years as a legal assistant. Brenda has experience in preparing motions in family matters, divorce cases, criminal cases and civil litigation. She helps in the preparation of discovery in civil cases and prepares Social Security cases from the initial filing through all levels of appeal.
